1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Haus AI service, website, and any other linked pages, features, content, or application services offered by Haus AI (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ( “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Haus AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating engaging, tailored listing descriptions for real estate properties and Airbnbs.
3. User Accounts
3.1. To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. User Content
4.1. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post to the Service, including property listings, images, and any other information (“User Content”).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
5.1. Upload or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
5.2. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
5.3. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
5.4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
6. Payment and Refunds
6.1. Haus AI operates on a credit-based system. You agree to pay for the credits you purchase according to the pricing displayed on our website.
6.2. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
a) If there is an error on our side in processing your payment or delivering credits.
b) As otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. The Service, including its general structure, software, user interface, visual interface, and functionality, is owned by Haus AI. However, we make no specific claims to copyright or trademark rights in these elements.
7.2. User-generated content, including property listings and images uploaded by users, remains the property of the respective users.
7.3. The AI-generated descriptions are provided for your unrestricted use. You are free to use, modify, and distribute these descriptions as you see fit, without any obligation to attribute them to Haus AI.
7.4. While we don’t claim ownership of the AI-generated descriptions, please be aware that they are computer-generated and may not be entirely unique. We cannot guarantee that similar content hasn’t been generated for other users.
7.5. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, as this constitutes our proprietary information.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Haus AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
